Definitely a good choice, I got ticketed three times within 2 months for front window tints on my previous car. On a black car you are 10x more unlikely to get ticketed, but on a light colored car you will get ticketed like crazy. Definitely never doing that again.

Do springs + shocks so you pay for labor only once, the OEM shocks die sooner or later if you run lowering springs.
