Theres a rule in retail where if a customer wants to purchase something which was incorrectly priced and the price difference was to large to offer a discount you would have to take the product (and maybe others exactly like it) off the display for 24 hours.

Maybe pricing mistake was made and a customer went in and cause a huge fuss over it.
My explanation of the rule might be wrong and I don't know how that would work with car sales
