If you mean MY situation, tell them BS and give them the part number and ask if they have checked it out.
It is not normal, they told me that too and I bought it, but 2nd time I went in they actually called Puma # to ask and thats when they found out.
You have to be assertive with them or ask for Service manager and NOT the standard SA.
