I think it'll be hard for anyone to get any accurate performance data of the turbo by looking at wheel measurments. The turbos are of special material, built by Mitsu for BMW, for high heat resistance. I suspect that unique bit alone will make the turbos perform differently to comparable sized turbos with similar sizings.
Btw, the car runs a T-MAP sensor in the IC pipe upstream of the throttle body. No MAF anywhere
