You are correct, the High Flow, catted will still throw O2 sensor codes. But if you are self conscious about what you're throwing into the air, any catalytic converter will be better, than none at all.

AR downpipe has the best sound IMO, but they could be similar and of course there's a break-in period. VRSF is known for quality and value. I have their IC.
