Yes it does.. mine is a 2006 335i which I have had covered by the BMW warranty since 2014 when the car was on about 55000 miles. At that time I was paying £40 a month and now its on 104000 and I'm paying £49 a month.
The warranty has more than paid for itself over the years last year the injectors were all replaced by BMW after diagnosing labour and parts the final bill was just over £3K.. I don't know how its that expensive... well we know why its the labour costs.. but it was all covered by the warranty.
The premiums I have paid over the years that I have had the warranty don't come close to the amount of money it would have cost for the various repairs that have been done on my car since I have owned it so personally I think its worth the money.
