Mine was set as expected, and although I'd say it's better, it's not a massive difference.
Also perfekt toolbox is surely the most user-friendly piece of BMW-specific software I've ever seen!

I will try that, I just assumed 0 was no damping and yes perfekt toolbox is absolutely awesome!
