The noise at 1 min + is the exact same noise I experience, although mine is somewhat louder. I have ~7,000 miles left on my front pads (which are the ones that squeal) and while I am out of warranty, I do have prepaid maintenance yet the dealership will not replace them until the pads hit that threshold (10mm?).
If you are still under warranty, which I'm assuming you are, take it to the dealership and see what they can do...
