You can buy various factory cables for the USB connection, two of them are listed in the original post in this thread. I chose the black one so I knew I had enough length, its longer. Apparently all you have to do is shave off a tab to make USB/AUX socket connection fit with the MULF USB connection.
I ordered all the parts today, so when they arrive I will install them ASAP.
