I can't offer a lot of advice other than keep taking it back to the dealer. It took a while for me to convince the dealer that my car had a misfire. It was only when it got really bad (it was misfiring whilst sitting at idle which you could hear really plainly) that they identified the problem and fixed it. It sounds like you've a similar issue.
