Having worked with Riss since their introduction to the market, we noticed that they quickly became overwhelmed trying to keep stock, pump out new parts, design new parts and handle all the responsibilities of retail (customer service, point of sales, shipping, after sales, forum posts etc...). We spoke with the guys over at Riss and we agreed that it would be better if we did what we do best, retail, so that they can focus on what they do best, R&D and manufacturing. Our goal is to make it much easier for you to receive product support and for customers to buy the products. We are helping them streamline production and inventory so it's a much smoother experience for you guys.
