Its called like a Lip spoiler or spoiler boot. I got it aftermarket from ebay for $60 free shipping. You give them your paint code and they're pretty exact. To my knowledge these e92 spoilers will fit on an e90, but if you go on eBay and search e90 rear spoilers a lot will pop up and the description will tell you if it's a perfect fitment. I got mine from the seller: emotors2000. They've got a variety of stuff. Not original BMW but when it comes to a small spoiler like that it doesn't really make a difference. It's a self adhered product with double sided mounting tape. No drilling required simply sticks on. I had to remove mine when I wrapped the trunk and cleaned up the adhesive and there was no damage underneath. I bought a 3m double sided tape and just stuck it back on there.
