is there any technical reason to remove catless dp's and put stock ones back in when updating the DME? I'm not talking about practicality and avoiding warranty issues. I'm talking about, straight up technical reasons why you would have to do it, in order to get the software to install.
p.s. this question is strictly a sanity check.
