I cannot thank Joe enough for what he has done for me and my car today. From the first email we exchanged to the last, he's been nothing but professional. Usually I like to take matters into my own hands when it comes to my car but coding is something that I've always been afraid of. In fact, when Joe remoted into my laptop, we found out I had a bad or useless version of the software so he had to get everything installed correctly all over again.
