It's going to be close. I had to choose between 255/35/19 and 265/30/19 because my 265/35/19 PS2's were rubbing even with fenders rolled. I went with Falken 452's 265/30/19 and I slightly rub in really extreme conditions. I have sport stock suspension and m359 OEM wheels (ET25).
I think it also depends from one brand of tires to another as some stretch more than others.
I think the only way for you to find out is to try. And the cheapest way to try is to find some cheap used tires on craigslist or on the forum here.
