Dear BMW Customer Relations Representative,
thank you for your attention. I am currently working with the dealer to trade my car into a 335xi.
I was also called by BMW NA (Ms. Bigelow), which did a survey about my service experience. She was very patient and listened to all my concerns.
She also offered to put me in touch with you and I said it was not necessary at that moment.
So far the dealer has been receptive to my complaints and hopefully it will get resolved soon.
