The company I had planned on going through for repair is Wheel-Tech out of Skokie, IL. My buddy had his 197's repaired and powder-coated black and they did an incredible job...couldn't tell the wheels from new.
They have their prices listed on their website
here. I think it will be about $390 to have the 3 wheels straightened and balanced, YMMV
