105k here. I've replaced the above and more...
Add:
* Valvetronic motor
* manual transmission (2nd gear synchro was starting to grind when shifted hard)
* power steering rack (leaking)
* passenger side wheel bearing
All common issues on the E9x and E8x... Good ole' German engineering.
