Exact same thing happened to me. I removed the door panel and pulled back the insulation and was able to see the 10mm was turning
with the T15, so I used a midget 10mm wrench to turn the nut while holding the T15. This sort of worked but was a massive PITA. Wasn't able to get it adjusted enough. Moved the striker in about 3/32" so hopefully that will help.
