You need some serious help. From a good friend who goes out, has a good time and can pull through for you. Teach you the ropes. A wing-man if you will.
You will see how he talks, and acts around chicks. Follow in his steps. Go out, just talk if that's all you want and have a good time. keep your mind off anything related to the ex. Time will pass and so will she. Then when you man up, take lead and get some.
