Had this exact same problem
Then I flashed MHD did a stage 1+ OTS map
Now it’s gone
Hasn’t come back even flashing back to stock (map 0)
I even removed MHD and drove for a couple days no code.
Whatever MHD does it must recalibrate it.
I’ll be replacing the valvetronic motor soon with the new valve cover that’s failing of course
