I believe to clarify for anyone who is contradicting the OP... I believe the OP/Owner means, this is the last year of a N54 in a 335i/xi form which will have a 10 year/120k miles HPFP warranty AND an 8 year/82k miles turbo warranty. I do not believe that the 335is has those warranties.

On to your second point you made about the N54.
That is a good way of putting it; in addition it is also the last year you would be able to have a 6 speed in a 335 with N54. The 335is comes with a dual clutch only.
