I just bought a 07 335i. While a was farting around in the car.. I looked behind the OBD panel and saw a serial port attachment?? Now I've heard of
chips in cars but never played with them. There was NO discloser of this during the purchase so I'm really pee'd off..
How can I determine what software is on it, without damaging anything?? I've searhed around but don't know where to start?? HELP??? Is there only one kind of software used to program the firmware?? Or many..
