You are right, 330x24 was front on 330i.
325d will have smaller rotor that can fit 16" wheel which was base wheel for numerous models in Europe. So 2007 will probably be 300x24.
I worked on some acquisition of police vehicles in Europe (330d among them) and BMW's already have brakes that are track ready or heavy duty ready, so no change there.
