Great list.
I'm somewhat puzzled by the obsession with swirl flap deletion. I may well have missed something but I am not aware of the U.S. engine having failures, and presumably they improve low-rpm turbulence. I'd worry much more about your EGR block being an issue (not likely btw) and replacing the plates with a race pipe.
