Few years back i had my 320d e92 started getting the quick flashing indicators i asked multiple friends who work in BMW etc all lead me to believe FRM i checked all my bulbs all were working but 2 years later one of my brake lights went once i changed it all fixed after 2 years i found it strange that my indicators were working normal. Sometimes the bulb may work but is sending a short through the circuit my advise change all your bulbs shouldn't cost much and see if that fixes issue
