Here's an update to this:
I was runing the hose for my boost gauge and found this attached to the serial port stuffed beside the instrument custer. It has a relay to it and some other componet as well?? any ideas?? The large gauge wires were cut off and looks as tho they tapped or spliced into the wiring just above the drivers left shin as I see the remnamts of someones work. The serial port and one thick shielded wire went across to the passengers glove box area where I found them cut off and nothing else there.
Does any one know what this set up might have been?? As I would get the removed componets and reinstall this. As someone already did some of the work?? LOL Thanks for your inputs.
