Ordered e90 in Brussels 2 months ago. It seems that BMW has fixed discount by HQ in Munich of 15% (for EC members). You can negotiate free accessory perks from your dealership but any extra discount appears to be impossible.
Volvo I think is simmilar (last year fixed discount was 10%) they are just more desperate to make a big sale, I guess.
