Sorry, I said it wrong.
On a 25k car, it's 1600 for duty, 2800 for extended warranty to replace the CPO and 200 for the RIV fee + AC fee and voila, 25k is now 29600 (plus 13% on top).
edit: So my point was that once the duty and warranty is done....US car is almost at Canada price.
