So good news is I might have fixed my headlight. About a week ago during the rain I noticed there was a big water-sealed cap on the back of the headlight that had two clips left unclipped. I've always assumed the reseal of the headlights was to blame for the condensation issues, so I didn't think twice when I clipped the cap on again. Well, when I did that, I trapped all that condensation in the headlight...it had no where to go, and even when they were left in the sun the condensation would remain.
Well tonight I took the cap off, used a hairdryer for a few seconds and every bit of condensation left the headlight through the back.
I'm gonna leave the light out for a day or two to just be sure and let everything dry out.
It appears I might not have to send the lights down to BavX after all
