As an update now that 3 months have gone by and I have had sufficient time to calm down… I am still livid!

I am have had a few additional interactions with the dealership since the initial purchase (I am bringing the car for servicing elsewhere) and every time I have contacted my salesman it has been like puling teeth to get a reply and you need to jump around to make sure promises are fulfilled.

I am so very displeased by this dealership and the lack of service I received during my purchasing experience. It is not the first time I have been upset after making a purchase however it is the first time after making a purchase at what appears to be a legitimate company would not act on complaints brought to the attention of management. In the end it would appear that the old adage buyer beware is still as apt today as ever.
