Positive crankcase ventilation(PCV). It is incorporated into the valve cover. During NA operation it vents to the intake ports and the the PCV valve to the rear turbo inlet is closed. When boost is being generated the checkvalve to the intake ports is closed and the rear turbo draws the vapours out.

rob thanks for the pics. How hard to swap the cover for some sprayers and a vac pump port you think? any other weird design quirks that look like they are required?
