Has anyone have experience with their customer service?
I purchased a short shifter end of July and i've received a confirmation email.
I haven't received any update so I sent them an email and even messaged them on facebook and I haven't received any response from them yet.
Not sure whether I should wait longer or just call my credit card to cancel that charge....
