I had some 18" style 32's on my e90 for a bit and I actually wore a tiny groove into the wheel from them just barely touching. I even got a weird harmonic sound that nobody could even figure out from the slight touching. I ground down my caliper about .5mm or so and problem solved.
18" style 32's are VERY rare btw so hope you know what you've got there. e39 center bore may make them not as sought after or maybe not, but still, super nice wheels
