There is no conceivable justification for that. There must be very few good cars on the roads? What are insurance and road tax like?

Anyway, lovely car nonetheless!
These are the top 10 cars sold in Denmark in May 2017:

1. Peugeot 208 (909)
2. Volkswagen Up (615)
3. Volkswagen Golf (601)
4. Volkswagen Passat (593)
5. Volkswagen Polo (553)
6. Skoda Octavia (529)
7. Renault Clio (519)
8. Nissan Qashqai (505)
9. Hyundai i10 (484)
10. Toyota Yaris (479)

Actually the new goverment has reduced the tax to 150 %. But big engine models are rare. I would like to have a M3 but the cheapest E92 M3 right now is from 2010 and cost 65,000 dollars with 213,000 kilometers on the clock.

My best friend has a girlfriend from Ohio. She is in the states right now and she is happy to see some real cars again

Insurance for me is $1,300 per year. We also have sort of a road tax called green tax. That is $600 per year for me. The green tax is based on the cars gas mileage.
