The yellow RCA connector that has red 'stumps' labeled '1' and '2' is your video signal. It goes into the 'camera in' or 'video in' of your head unit.

The 'stumps' '1' and '2' may be used to route power from the Head Unit itself or the HU harness (I used the 'Camera On' control wire from my head unit to provide power). In this case, you'd splice '1' into '3'.

If you don't want to do this -- then simply leave '1' and '2' unconnected and hook power/ground to '3'/'4'. Note that you should use a relay, rather than tapping directly to the reverse light for power. I've seen that for some camera's -- they'll ground through the mounting screws (or maybe the video ground) and no actual ground in necessary. In this case you wouldn't need to hook up '3'/'4' if you ran power through '1'/'2'.
