The only reason I ask is because Jiffy Lube is right around the corner from me and I've been going there for years without any issue. My dealership, Rallye, is about half an hour from me and I've already had issues with them after bringing my car in for service once before. If the car requires certain care during the oil change, I rather bring it to the dealership but if it is straight forward, why can't I just bring it to Jiffy Lube? Any input would be great.
Do it yourself. Invest in some Rhino ramps, & a pan to catch the oil. I can almost guarantee you Jiffy Lube does not have the oil or the washer that goes with your drain plug. You could bring it to Jiffy Lube and give them the filter and oil.
