I actually like the roof a lot. I'd totally do it again :-)
The touring cupkit rides great. It's firm, but not harsh. It's perfect for what I want from a DD & road conditions here.
I gave my 73 y-o Dad a lift a couple of times. He never complains about the ride. I even asked him if it the ride is too firm & uncomfortable for him, he said: "no, it's just hard to get in & out of your car".... heheh.
