Or would it be better to go with 35 for the rear and 25 for the front?
Right now someone recommended 15mm spacers around and Jason from burger said 12mm all around.
20 offset front and 30 rear would be 15mm front and 17mm rear.

i'm so sorry, i only just saw this, i didn't get a notification!
i'm sure the rear will work... i'm not 100% sure of the front... i would say get a 12mm front and 15mm rear... and if you think you can go wider on either, sell the spacers and buy some bigger ones
it's hard to get these things right the first time!
