**The Latest Updates**
Realized it's been a while since we had an update. Over the course of the past year there have been MANY updates to the development of the car. Here are some in-progress photos.
We extensively modified the rear fender wells even further to fit the aero package
Added internal trunk supports tied into the frame rails for the wing/wing uprights
Close-up of the wing upright mounting points
Added a massive AJ Harman carbon fiber modular splitter. This splitter is absolutely massive. EFab then created a really clean looking system to mount the splitter, making it fully adjustable. We later added some x-bracing between the supports to make this mounting setup unbelievably rigid. Perhaps it can double up as a wheelie bar!
To eliminate weight and future proof against potential heat issues for if/when a flat bottom undertray is added... the side exit exhaust made the most sense
A massive one of a kind Klaus Composites carbon fiber front splitter was installed
The splitter is directly tied into the frame rails with a fully adjustable mounting solution
Better view of the splitter and mounts. And look at all of that aluminum ducting
Custom fabricated to create more efficient airflow for the massive Garrett intercooler, CSF radiator, ER oil coolers and Setrab P/S cooler. It's quite literally artwork.
Fire suppression system with nozzles added to the engine bay, the cabin and placed near the fuel tank
Here she is cleaned up a bit sitting on her spare set of wheels - Apex ARC-8's. So funny because these are otherwise pretty massive wheels (275/295), however the WTCC widebody provides so much more room over both M and non-M e9x's! All said and done... the WTCC kit can fit a 335 rear and up to a 305 front.
