I've enjoyed the Version 1 of this kit for 8 years. Now the shocks are worn. What would be an equivalent shock and strut for this kit?
I know Koni FSD is now Special Active, and that FSD were considered a bit less stiff than the BMWPS V1. I love the BMWPS V1!
Remember, the V1 used the original ZSP springs, and I had to update my front mounts to the 2007 328i equivalent.
So, there was no lowering going on. A shorter damper like the Bilstein B8s wouldn't work. Should I look at the B6? They seem to be unavailable and are quite pricey.
See the thread below for pictures and a discussion of the BMWPS V1. Later the V2 came out and included the yellow springs and 14mm rear sway bar as well.
