It *looks* like the rotor hat for the front is the same, so it might be just a direct swap. The calipers is where things might get ugly if they don't fit the spindle mount points.
Also, the front rotor looks like it is a 2-piece design as well, similar to the Z4 35is but bigger in diameter!
