So long story short, I've taken the procede out of my car so I can take the car in for scheduled maintenance and a V4->V5 upgrade (Originally bought a V5 Vin Locked). As I was taking the power cable out, my friend and I snapped the contact pin connector.
So now, my poor 335i is sitting alone in my friend's backyard spot, unable to start. I basically need to remove the damaged piece and replace it with this part: 61138364835 and can be found here:
http://www.ecstuning.com/Search/Glue/ES165544/... however that means my car has to stay here in DC until I get the part. The other option is soldering the old piece back on and hoping for the best. I imagine that even if it worked, it would be difficult plug back in to make it stock.
Can anyone help me located it here on a Sunday or help me cannibalize my procede harness to get my car back up and running?
