I took my car into the Dealer yesterday and my SA told me that the lifters were replaced in February (I bought the car in March CPO) and awaiting BMWNA's response. I told him that doing some research, the next step should be head replacement. He just called and told me that BMW approved the head replacement.
When I get my car back tomorrow, I'll let you know how it sounds. Hopefully, no more ticking sound!
