hey Wil, how bad is the burning rate? Sac has a few good shop by i mean they are just pricey. Valley motorwerks, IPB, Bavarian motorwork are good in Sac. but their rates are pretty much $110/hr at least.
among those 3, i would suggest Valley, they have a lot of bmw master tech works there. they know what they are doing.
