right, i have mentioned this exact argument in multiple threads.

my point was responding to terry's claim that despite adjusting the timing table maximums to approximately 6 degrees, the car naturally advanced above that when running race gas/meth.

if the stock 335i when running race gas and or meth DOESNT advance over the stock timing points (which it doesnt) then terry's example is somehow flawed because his claim is impossible.
