Sounds like typical torsion spring that popped out from its seating and rattling around the trans bell housing. Youll need a complete clutch/pressure plate/tb bearing kit. This happens all the time from speed/power shifting abuse from watching to many option2/initial D videos. Kids tend to mimic racers on video ..esp the little heel toe picture in picture at the left corner of those japanese best motoring videos.
