At least the MY2010-on CIC received the Sirius tuner hardware and specific software running it (playback, favorites). Apparently it has a better chance of getting the Nuance than the MY2009 CIC due to hardware/software changes in addition to the Sirius.
The MY2011 is bringing new software support for Bluetooth Audio and Album Art display.
