My dealer also had difficulty diagnosing limp mode under hard acceleration after them replacing exhaust pressure converters & boost pressure pipe work without fixing the issue I was then told it was the turbos that needed replacing. I didn't agree with that diagnosis & made them replace the clamps from charge air manifold to turbos which sorted my issue. It's an inexpensive fix to try  |
I had the turbos changed last year so they should be fine. In the 13 weeks they've now had it they've done the following:
All plugs
All coils
All injectors
HPFP
Walnut blast
Replaced Torque Convertor
Checked fuel lines
Checked fuel sensor
Checked and reset gearbox adaptations
Tried another set of wheels
After all that, the problem is still there and I'm no closer to getting the old girl back!
