I think even if you aren’t doing MILV’s BPC is the way to go for N52 tuning.
You might decide to do MILV’s down the line (or might not) but at least that option is still on the table.
With the way BPC has shown their support for the n52 over the last couple years and is continuing to pursue new add ons (MILV’s, e85, supercharger, etc) I think any other option (in the US) would be a mistake because you limit yourself down the line.
